i dont know, but home depot has one that lets you see what color looks like on walls in different rooms check it out, that might be what you r talkin about

there are paint samples available from a few different places…there are ralph lauren paints available in samples at Home Depot; Benjamin Moore sells mini (about 1 cup) samples of paint; and Sherwin-Williams sells minis too (it seems like it’s about 1 quart, but it must be smaller)

They’re called “Swatches” like the old watch. You also hear them called paint color sample cards.

Because the mix may not be exactly the same. When painting a room, you will want to make sure you get the right amount of paint so you don’t have to go get more. The mixes, may not come out the same. The tinting medium may be from a different company than what you originally bought and may not be exactly the same color.
