so i watched a program on the BBC that was talking about this and was thinking of making this and having some fun (in a safe environment and nothing crazy). I’m asking this as the ingredients are easily obtainable. can even buy the main components on EBay!!

yes, you could be prosecuted under the terrorism act. Obviously if you make minute quantities your chances of being caught are limited but remember it is a dangerous and unpredictable product.

Are they dipped? If so, how do they prevent drips?
Interested in nitrocellulose and polyester finishes. Info about dipping processes, drip control, and drying times also helpful.
