I am going to go get my nails done soon and I was wondering what the diffrence between these two are. Also if anyone had any pics or know of any websites for ideas that would be really helpful? I dont want the acrylic part pink though just clear. Let me know guys thanks!!

Not much of a Difference, You get a Manicure with one, and the other they just put Acrylics on…The nail techs usually have white, or Pink, and they may have different colors too.

The french tips are already white, so they dont need to paint the white nail polish on like they would with regular acrylic nails.
I used to get my nails done for about 2 years. I’d go with the acrylics and get a french manicure. Personally I really dont like the way the acrylics that come with french tips look.

Question–: What topcoats work best for over acrylic nails?
I just did my friend’s nails using traditional french white tips and clear acrylic on the top, and put some regular topcoat on them to seal them; however, less than 5 hours later the tips had yellowed out. I believe that it was due to the topcoat. What brands/kinds of topcoats work best for over acrylics?

it depnds on the brand of the acrylic kit but if you cant find any in from that distributor than look for a clear topcoat that says no discoloration, regular clear nail polish is just for natural nails. and kudos to you for using the acrylic kit.
